Porta Potti 365 works without a fixed water or sewer connection. The toilet has a 15-litre flush-water tank and a large 21-litre waste-holding tank, which means it needs to be emptied less frequently than smaller Porta Potti models. Flushing is operated with a manual piston pump, so no electricity is required. The waste tank level indicator conveniently shows when it is time to empty the tank.

The 40.8 cm seat height of the Porta Potti 365 provides a seating position closer to that of a standard household toilet, increasing comfort especially during regular use. When full, the waste-holding tank can be detached from the toilet for emptying, making maintenance and disposal easy even while travelling.
